依托“信息材料及器件化应用”四川省高校重点实验室和国家自然科学基金、四川省科技支撑计划、实验室开放课题等科研项目,我校248365365.com“微系统与LTCC技术”团队李乐中副教授近年来一直从事微波铁氧体材料的研究。近日,李乐中副教授在英国皇家化学学会(Royal Society of Chemistry)旗下期刊《RSC Advances》(IF=3.108,二区)上发表了题为“Structural, magnetic and electrical properties in Al-substituedNiZnCo ferrite prepared via the sol-gel auto-combustion method for LTCC Technology”(RSC Adv., 2017 (7), 39198–39203)的学术论文。
同时,还在磁学领域的国际知名期刊《Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials》(IF=2.630,三区)上发表了2篇学术论文,着重研究了通过溶胶凝胶工艺制备铁氧体纳米粉体前驱体来实现软磁铁氧体材料的低温烧结,为如何获取应用于LTCF技术的高性能低温烧结软磁铁氧体材料提供了重要的实验依据,进而对发展我国民用高新电子技术、航空航天、国防军事技术等具有十分重要意义和价值。
