In order to deepen the reform of engineering education in our college, and to train a group of teachers to meet the needs of the reform and development of engineering education, also to promote engineering education major certification, our school and Singapore Polytechnic Institute jointly launched a CDIO (conceive,design, inplement,operate) international cooperation teacher training program in October 2017. After the first and second training sessions, the third session of the "Classroom Conceive, Design and Implementation Program" training activity was held from March 12th to March 16th, 2018. The teachers of Chen Feng, Sun Ping, Fan Min, and Xiao Chao come from major of Electronic Science and Technology and Photoelectric Information Science and Engineering participated in the training. In this training, four expert instructors from Singapore Polytechnic institute, Linda, took the CDIO outline "conceiving" and "design" as an example to introduce the method of curriculum design aiming at the ability training objectives, as well as the classroom implementation and evaluation methods. In the five days of intense learning, teaching, discussion, practice, sharing, and various teaching session are closely linked. Teachers participating in the training have a very deep understanding to the design theory and practical skills.
